ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP NOMINATION APPLICATION
The primary purpose of the Zoe Nicole Martin Endowment Scholarship is to honor the memory of Zoe Nicole Martin and her time as a student at Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi. With the help of the Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) the We are Zoe STRONG Foundation was able to create an Endowment Fund in her honor and create an annual scholarship to be used for required eighth-grade fees by an eighth-grade student at Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School.
Teachers, Faculty and Parishioners of Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi are able to nominate individuals in 7th grade that meet the below requirements:

Nominated individual is a current 7th grade student enrolled at Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi that is registered and enrolled for their eighth-grade year at Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School.

Nominated individual's exemplify the following qualities:

Hardworking student

Accepting of others

Respectful to friends, classmates, teachers, and faculty

Thoughtful & trustworthy

Gives back to their community

Shows compassion to others

Strong Catholic faith

The awarded endowment scholarship will be announced annually during the end of school award program at Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi. Endowment scholarship recipients are to be known as Zoe Nicole Martin Endowment Community Scholars.
*Application deadline is March 31 of the nominated student's 7th-grade year.
