The We are Zoe STRONG Foundation was established in 2018 by a group of Zoe's classmates' parents to celebrate the life and honor the memory of Zoe Nicole Martin.

These parents wanted to help hug Laura tightly for Zoe and for all those Zoe touched with her kind heart. The vision of this foundation is to celebrate this sweet little girl's life by giving back to the community where she lived and to honor her memory by making sure the things she believed in and loved are what made up the mission of this foundation.

With the help of the Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) the We are Zoe STRONG Foundation was able to create The ZOE Fund, a component fund of the Johnson County Community Foundation.

The Johnson County Community Foundation, established in 1991 is a nonprofit organization created by and for the people of Johnson County to help make the community a better place for everyone.
Their vision strives to be the philanthropic leader in improving our community, today and in the future, by connecting people who care with causes that matter in Johnson County.
Their mission to enhance the quality of life for all citizens of Johnson County, now and for generations to come, by building community endowment, addressing needs through grant making, including scholarships, and providing leadership on key community issues.
